A Pharmacology Museum has been established as an integral part of the Pharmacology Department, with an aim to make the Medical Students understand the link between the basic chemicals, salts and herbal sources of Pharmacological agents, with the therapeutic agents and manufactured drugs.

Besides the basic chemicals like Copper Sulphate, Potassium Permanganate, Acriflavin, Gention violet and Iodine Solutions, Herbal and indigenous medicines have also been put on exhibition.

Devices used in various modes for drug administration, like IV needles, Branulla, Infusion Sets, Enemas, Sprays, and dermal preparations are also placed for demonstration.

Different Forms and formulations of the drugs like syrups, Tablets, Capsules, Injections, Infusion, Suppositories, and topical agents have been shown in various racks.

Drugs of different classes have also been placed in cupboards in groups like anti hypertensive anti biatics, Analgesics, ulcer healing drugs and ophthalmic preparations etc.

As a part of teaching aid, academic charts have been hanged with the walls and artificial limbs for practice of injections, Blood Pressure measurements and skin suturing have also been placed in the museum.
